It was through this relationship that Bostleman was able to expand this role by providing construction management services. The project pro forma was greatly impacted by the cost of the real estate acquisition. Thus, requiring extensive value/engineering on all building systems in order to meet the required financial return by ProMedica Health System and MCO.
